Producing Record of Can Ch Sable Naneen

1. Alford Clansman (sbl d, by Alford Black Watch)
2. Alford Soutar Johnny (blk/wht d, by Alford Black Watch)

Note that the black and white color on Alford Soutar Johnny and Alford Black Watch is probably correct. At least Mr. Strachan, who registered these two dogs, was registering others as tricolors in the same time period. Alford Black Watch was out of another daughter of Nan of Mountfort, Wizbang Godiva, so Nan seems a likely source of the bicolor gene, especially in dogs coming down from Alford Heatherbloom and Alford Miss Heatherbelle.
