Her sire was Ch Banchory Back Stop ROM and her dam was Ch Banchory Billie Holiday, a bitch bred by Donna and a littermate to Banchory Blue Velvet. Donna registered an invented bitch, Banchory The Blues Queen using an extra blue slip from that litter, and then reregistered Diana Ross as Banchory Natalie Cole, Natalie's parents being shown as Ch Banchory Back Stop ROM ex Banchory The Blues Queen. This gave:
