History of Ch Va-Gore's Bright Promise ROM
Ch Va-Gore's Bright Promise ROM was a sable and white bitch, by Ch Musket o'Page's Hill ROM ex Ch Creole Babe o'Page's Hill, whelped May 4, 1951. She was bred by Mrs. George M. Howard and sold to Pixie Dell, where she joined her 3/4 siblings ex Ch Songstress o'Page's Hill ROM. Promise was an outstanding show dog as well as the dam of 5 Champions including one ROM, Ch Pixie Dell Bright Vision ROM. She was best of breed at Westminster in 1954, and took top honors at the ASSA Specialty in both 1955 and 1956 - the only bitch ever to win BOB at the National 2 years running. Her career included 64 BOB wins and 28 Group placements. She is in Line CHE Part IIa and Family 2 part III.
